Every year the Research Computing Center hosts more than twenty events in the Kathleen A. Zar Room as well as other spaces on the UChicago campus, including the Walk-In Lab in Regenstein 122.

Recurring series include our speaker series, such as Show and Tell and Collaborations in Computation, and our how-to workshops for UChicago faculty, students, and staff on a variety of computing topics. We also host special vendor workshops and the VSCSE Data-Intensive Summer School. In October of 2014 and 2015, the RCC hosted its annual Mind Bytes Research Computing Expo and Symposium. In 2017, RCC is hosting a hackathon for Open Data Day. Use the left-hand navigation to discover more.
