The Research Computing Center (RCC) can assist principal investigators (PIs) with grant preparation by serving as a catalyst - connecting researchers with technology experts and other faculties. We offer a range of grant services, from computational hardware quotes to managing collaborative proposals that hinge upon the expertise of our computational scientists. The RCC also collaborates with PIs across the University of Chicago, offering long-term technical support for application development, software engineering, and dedicated efforts of highly experienced computational scientists. For these collaborations, we can write sections for your grant; and in cases where the RCC provides substantial workshare for the proposed project, we may be able to manage your grant proposal free of charge.
