The Research Computing Center accommodates principal investigator requests for Facilities and Resource documents to support their grants. We provide the University of Chicago community with a full-service, high-performance computing center, including visualization resources, access to software, workshops, one-on-one consulting with domain experts, and complete data management strategies to researchers across all departments and divisions. We host more than twenty workshops and offer access to a team of experienced computational scientists, web developers, and system administrators who help researchers and groups of all skill levels to realize the power of computation to support their research. Our HPC resources include the Midway Compute Cluster comprised of a large pool of servers, software, and storage that researchers can utilize to increase the efficiency and scale of their computational science.
