After submitting this form, the RCC will review the provided information and approve or deny your request based on eligibility. Once approved, a user holding a MidwayR PI account may access MidwayR resources, apply for allocations, and receive computing resources and storage. Members of your group working on the same DUA can receive access to your computing resources as a MidwayR user by submitting a MidwayR User Account Request Form and indicating your CNetID.
