General users must be associated with at least one principal investigator (PI) who has an existing PI account. General user accounts allow access to the resources allocated to the associated PI. After submitting this form, the listed PI must approve the account request before the general user account can be added to their group. This form can also be used if you want to be added to multiple PI accounts.
